In the clip, young talented basketball player Freddie Gibbs plays for his street basketball team "Shoot Out". Jeezy plays a drug dealer named Birdie and promises to give Gibbs a big of money in case he plays for his team "CTE World". At this point, Gibbs has to make a tough decisions choosing between money or loyalty. At first, Gibbs accepts the drug dealer's offer and the money. But in the end, Gibbs left the thug's team and chooses to be loyal to "Shoot Out". Lil Wayne is seen standing on a piano and rapping his materialistic part: "So many cars I'm like eenie, meenie, minie moe | So many colors in the diamonds, kaleidoscope".
"Ballin'" music video was directed by Colin Tilley and produced by Lody Lucci. The song was released on May 17, 2011. Regarding to Jeezy's latest LP "Thug Motivation 103", there is still no definite information of its release date.
